Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to all from Razzberry Corner!
We haven't had time to post lately ~ been busy with the holidays!

My cat, Jack, loved the boxes my sister, Barb sent.  He couldn't keep his nose off them.

Barb, were your dogs near the boxes?  Jack is curious!

Merry Christmas to you! I love your tree!

If you're looking at woodstoves, I suggest you research Woodstock Soapstone Stoves. That's what we have and it's the best woodstove I've ever had (and we've had several.) It has a catalytic combustor which qualifies it for an energy tax credit. It is the longest burning stove we've ever had and is easy to adjust, very sensitive in fact. There is always a good coal bed in the morning, so a new fire catches quickly and the house never gets too cold. Their website is http://www.woodstove.com/, Lots of good info on their site plus a big sale.

You have an orange cat too! Jack is very handsome. Couldn't help but notice the floors. Are they original to the house? Oh, oh, the graveyard you posted about, wow! Is that the only one on the property? If your place could talk can you imagine all the stories!

Leigh - Thank you so much for the woodstove information! I will go check out that website right now! We want one for the kitchen, we have decided.

Cindy - Yep, Jack is a stray cat we picked up a few years back. And, yes, sadly, those floors are the originals. I HATE those floors - I've been sweeping & mopping them off & on all day, so I'm opinionated right this moment!! On a more pleasant thought, I love our graveyard - it means so much to me. I was told there's other graveyards on the property, but none other with gravestones. I imagine the old times here at this place all the time - the house & especially the property have lived many lives. I've researched the people who lived here, and can picture them here in the house and working on the property...

Jack is much more well behaved than our kitties are... we can't put out gifts at all because they won't keep their PAWS off them!

Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!
