Merry Christmas!

The tree is all decorated, the gifts have been selected and wrapped with care.
A pie is in the oven, the house smells of warm apples, cinnamon, caramel, and of the woodstove.
The woodstove has been burning steady, cranking out the heat in the kitchen.

We have seven chimneys, but one has the woodstove.
I don't think Santa can come down that chimney, he will get burnt.
That leaves six chimneys for Santa to come down.
The two in the living room are quite small ~ unless Santa's extremely thin, I doubt he'll make it down those chimneys.
So that leaves four good chimneys for him to utilize.
I'll be looking for him!
I'll leave him some warm apple pie!  I hope he knows the ice cream is in the freezer!

Merry Christmas everyone, from your friends at Razzberry Corner!

Merry Christmas to you and Randy and all those you love from Cary, NC. Made a wonderful pot roast for Christmas Eve with my son and his wife and put together a delicious french toast casserole for our breakfast this morning. I hope that your day was wonderful. May all your dreams come true.

Leigh - Jack and Shad are the 2 sweetest cats I've ever had. I'm lucky to have them.

Gail and Tina - MC to you, too!

Mr. H - the pie was awesome. I wasn't sure if the caramel would be good or not - it was very good!

Chai Chai - I noticed that on your blog, too, that we both have old fashioned decorations. I like the old fashioned look. And I like non-breakable ornaments, too! We have alot of wooden ornaments that I love.

Laura - MC to you and your family, too!

Farm Girl - I hope you had a great weekend!

Genny- French toast cassarole? Sounds good! You'll have to explain that to me sometime! Are you ready for the new year?

Terry - The pie is really good! MC to you and your family!

CAGrammy - The kitchen is the warmest room in our house, with the woodstove going 24/7 in it. It has a blower which pumps out heat - it's great.
