Yes...I was just reading your comments on your post. Yes- here in South Jersey we did get the hurricane, but our town was basically OK.We were in the eye of the hurricane for a while. We did lose power from 7:30 that night to 8am Tuesday morning, but everything was alright. I kind of liked having candlelight, but I was watching to make sure the kids were careful with the candles. Our 14 yr. old was "bored!" We are not located right at the Jersey shore. They are about 45 minutes away. They got it bad.-- Barb- One of Lynn's sisters in Jersey.Country Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16812879540482740808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6390619032396490344.post-9548105682088433242012-11-11T06:52:58.737-05:002012-11-11T06:52:58.737-05:00So glad you didn't lose power, or suffer any s...So glad you didn't lose power, or suffer any serious damage. Then the next night we got hit with a major lightning and thunder storm. The biggest one we've seen in years. I just figured that you would loose power again and it would take a long time to fix it like after the storm this summer.
Do you ever wonder when you are out in the hurricane, " What the heck am I doing." I am been out in so many storms making sure everyone was okay, I think about that sometimes.
I am so glad you made it through okay.Farm Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00998621464797636686noreply@blogger.com
